El Rodeo School Modernization

This 122,250 SF project involves seismic retrofit and modernization of five historic campus buildings on a 6.5-acre site. Improvements include fire alarm and protection systems, HVAC, electrical, structural enhancements, and new teaching spaces. The auditorium, classrooms, and exterior site will also receive substantial upgrades, including paving, turf, and shade shelters.
